Richards Drive is strategically located in the Ridgewood district of Waco near various amenities such as Lake Waco, Ridgewoood Country Club, various grocery stores, restauratns, etc. Waco caters to all ages, being a city that individuals want to raise their families in. For kids, we are located near Lions Park and Hawaiian Falls - two children's amusement parks.
Not only are we in a prime location with close proximity to different markets and grocery stores but we are also close to different parks and neighborhood communities. We are slightly over one mile from Viking Hills Park and Mountainview Park.

The neighborhood of Ridgewood is a quiet and peaceful place to live. It is a rarity to see a police car driving around or sirens blaring. The walkability is high due to the safety of the neighborhood roads. Many different languages are spoken in my home town but the main one spoken is English with Spanish being second.
